  7. encouraged Hilda Doolittle to sign her verse
  8. H D Imagiste and in 1914 edited the Des
  9. Imagistes anthology. Poets subsequently
  10. influenced by this movement include T S
  11. Eliot, William Carlos Williams, Wallace
  12. Stevens, and Marianne Moore. Imagism
  13. established modernism in English-language
  14. verse.
